The Margretta Nash Scholarship Fund has annually provided financial support to young African American women; as they transition from high school to college. The Scholarship focuses on women pursuing STEAM-related careers fields. Those fields are typically male-dominated industries and this propels women – particularly African American women into these fields.
When the Margretta Nash Scholarship Fund reached out to us they had never had a website before. In fact, they only had a logo & a couple pictures of Margretta Nash herself (the namesake of the organization). We put together an incredible website for them that does some key things for their fund. First, we added a spot on the website where people can apply for the scholarship. The fund receives those submissions via email and can review all the applicants they get, right online. Secondly, we added a spot where people can donate money to the scholarship fund right online. That way the Margretta Nash Scholarship Fund can receive scholarship applications and monetary donations. Two very important things in order for them to grow as a scholarship fund.
